These unnamed cops are two grunts deep, deep down in the bowels of the cop ranking system. The two have spent their time together patrolling the rocks of the Coagulation branch for as long as either can remember. The second cop seems to think that this makes them inseparable friends. The first cop just wants to get the Hell away from him and out of the rocks.
