Joshyboy is quite the clown! He’s always getting into hilarious hijinks! Loud and obnoxious but quite entertaining to his fellow cops, Joshyboy seems to be leading the cops of the newly-founded Waterworks Branch straight into chaotic hell, through a series of lies, poor decisions, and clever misdirection of the cops' sex drives. It is unknown if Joshyboy has a secret vendetta against the cops or simply enjoys the attention.
