These unnamed robbers grew up deep in the city of Terminal, and inherently have an intimate understanding of street life. Through force and intimidation, they grew to rule Terminal, but they only used their power to cut the occasional underling and take his wallet.

IMPORTANT BACKLASH EVENTS

The duo have given up their positions as rulers of Terminal and, like the rest of the inhabitant, moved along with General Claxton to Coagulation in order to join the Robber Rebellion.
