 The Robbers Unite intro. The cops watch a training video. Cop 1 and Cop 2 comment and the Chief of Police punishes them. Meanwhile, at the Robbers Base, the robbers watch a training video. Stephen comments and General Claxton punishes him. This episode includes the opening credits.
