Carol, or ‘Carl’ for short (just kidding not really), is an AI program built by the cops that operates all of the teleporters in the Cops and Robbers world. Due to years upon decades upon centuries upon it-just-keeps-going-this-ways, Carol’s personality chip encounters rare malfunctions, and every so often she will slip out of her helpful and cheery “Waitress” personality setting and into her rude and short-tempered “Customer Service Lady” setting. Fortunately for the Robber Rebellion, Carol's programming directs her to help any and all 'humans' instead of any and all 'cops', so she is free to help out members of the Robber Rebellion whenever they happen upon her.
